General Questions
At Genesis Wellness Spa, we offer a variety of services designed to help you look and feel your best. Our services include botox, filler, laser, liquid BBL, facials, body treatments, and more. Visit our services page to learn more about each treatment.
You can schedule an appointment by calling us at (508) 761-2044, or by booking online through our website. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please give us at least 48 hours’ notice.
During your first visit to Genesis Wellness Spa, we’ll ask you to fill out a brief intake form so we can better understand your needs and preferences. You’ll then have a consultation with your service provider or esthetician to discuss your treatment goals and any areas of concern.
We recommend wearing comfortable, loose-fitting clothing to your appointment. For facials and body treatments, you can wear the provided robe and slippers.
At Genesis Wellness Spa, we strive to provide exceptional services to all our clients. To maintain our high standards, we kindly ask that you give us at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the appointment slot to another client who may be waiting.
In the event that you cancel your appointment within 48 hours of your scheduled time, the deposit will be non-refundable. We understand that emergencies or unexpected events can happen, and we will do our best to accommodate your situation. However, please be aware that our cancellation and rescheduling policy will still apply.
If you reschedule your appointment within 48 hours, a $50 rebooking fee will be applied upon checkout.
For clients who have a history of no-shows or last-minute cancellations, we will require full payment upfront to rebook your appointment.
For packages, full payment may be required upon booking, and a 50% cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment.
If you have a package paid in full and reschedule within 48 hours, a $50 rebooking fee will be applied upon checkout.
Yes, we offer gift certificates for all of our services. You can purchase them online or in person at our spa.
